Comes with black spandex skirt which velcros to the outsides of the table and slips under each table leg
Fill with ice and sit drinks or bowls of cold food down inside
Center of table has a drain with a plug underneth for the water to drain as the ice melts
If using indoors, it is recommended to place a 5 gallon bucket directly under drain
